If a voice capture came back wrong, telling us what you actually said helps more than anything else. The transcript is what the AI works from, so a mis-heard word and a mis-sorted task are different problems with different fixes.
You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app: Settings → Data Management → Delete account. This removes your tasks, thoughts, and account record from our servers. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach that screen, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Mouthful Pro is billed through Apple, not through us. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Both are also readable inside the app, under Settings → Legal.
