Welcome to TaskAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaskAI mobile application ("App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Foundry One Technology LLC ("Foundry One," "we," "us," or "our").
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available through the App and on our website. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of unauthorized use.
TaskAI is a productivity application that helps users organize tasks, manage schedules, and plan time using artificial intelligence. Task data is stored locally on your device, with cloud services used for authentication, AI processing, and subscriptions.
Users may earn Coins through third-party Rewarded Ads. Availability is not guaranteed, and abuse may result in termination.
We may limit or suspend AI access for excessive or abusive usage.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
TaskAI Pro offers premium features including unlimited AI and ad-free experience (excluding optional Rewarded Ads).
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
If not canceled before trial ends, you will be charged.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by your platform provider.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to process content solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by Foundry One Technology LLC and protected by law.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms. We do not guarantee availability and are not affiliated with third-party providers.
Our Privacy Policy governs our handling of your personal data. Task data is stored locally on your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundry One Technology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foundry One Technology LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless properly opted out within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Foundry One Technology LLC.
